DOSAGE: Mix ±3 scoops (18 g) into 350 – 450 ml of cold water in your waterbottle and shake well for 30 seconds. Can be taken before, during and after training for maximum efficacy. Bodybuilders of 90 kg and more: Take ±2 scoops before, ±2 scoops during and ±2 scoops immediately after workouts.

Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product – have at least 8-10 large glasses of water per day. High levels of amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – reduce dosage or discontinue use if this is the case. Beta-Alanine may cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose.
